  Come back in my laptop after talking to 4 technicians of Microsoft, seems that if you hold down the SHIFT key and press on restart you start a totally different group of options.   You didn't uninstall CS6 first if that's what you were doing.  If you want to reuse CS6 and what did uninstall it then you will need to reinstall it.
