I have Windows XP and microsoft outlook with Firefox as my browser. When I try to open a link in an email I get the message following if poster "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Download and run the file described here;

http://www.local-it-guy.com/tips/restrictions.html

Then click on "set program access & defaults '-custom option and set Firefox as your default browser.
