  Most likely, the battery is broken. With AppleCare +, a replacement of the battery is free. However, without AppleCare +, a replacement battery will cost $79.

  The first thing, have you changed any hardware or software?   If you added new hardware then delete and restart.  Also disconnect external devices and try to start.  When you start start pressing F8 until you get the Windows startup options.  Then try "Last known good configuration" see if that helps.  If those who do not help, I would start with your XP CD to recovery mode and run "chkdsk/r" then "sfc/scannow".  QQ learn manage!

  I solved this by uninstalling Linksys Wireless Network Monitor.  I no longer disconnect from the internet when I turn off a device USB or Firewire (ipod, canon mx850 printer, external hard drive).  However, by using the Automatic Configuration of Windows isn't a perfect solution.  The downside is that I frequently 2-5 second freeze ups in World of Warcraft with WZC, especially in combat.  So my solution is to stop the automatic configuration service once I started and have an internet connection.  This is quite annoying!

  Hello. Do you mean "Turn off" or "sleep"? Your iPad there cell phones, or is it only WiFi?

  Honestly, no! There is really no need because it stops automatically after an hour of idle time.

  For permanently off it just to remove the power connector!

  As far as I saw, most of the smartphones will automatically recognize it these days, as long as the number is written in a format of regular phone number. This format also allows to make images or text other than a telephone number in a tap to call the link.
