Finally, I restored to factory and spent the last 8 hours going through the update process.  It works fine and restart without problems until recently - I followed the instructions to reboot to perform an update, but he had served in the "shutting down" mode for almost an hour I did a firm hard down.  It took a few attempts so he could begin after that, and when I did I had a message on the svchost.exe and thought that might have something to with him... found a site that has a download that is supposed to fix errors and am curious if that is recommended or whether there is another solution or possible make my misfortunes.  The site is: http://www.exe-error-advisor.com/svchost-exe.  I don't know what's happening - the computer works very well when it turns - to be fair, I did also made an update of "HP Total Care Advisor" who has nothing and after I rebooted I could not make it work...   A program called 'Vista Internet Security' randomly started scanning my computer today, even if I was not said or was even aware I had. She argues there are 33 infections on my PC and than remove them I have to sign up and buy the program (which I do not!). Even if I click remind me later or leave unprotected it pop again alerts such as Stealth Inrusion balloons! Misuse of the system! System Danger! Found tracking software! Security breach! and private life threatening! It resembles a formal program, but it is not on my PC anywhere. It says 'upgrade to the full version of Vista Internet Security security software now! Clean your system and avoid new attacks. »

  I ran the Spybot program, but he found nothing. I have installed McAfee so I ran which but he found nothing also. I am running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan but it has yet to find anything.

  How to use Malwarebytes after installation:

  1. open Malwarebytes > click the update tab at the top > get the latest updates.

  2. on the Scanner tab, make sure that the Perform quick scan option is selected and then click on the Scan button to start scanning your computer

  3 MBAM will now start to scan your computer for malware. This process can take some time.

  4. when the scan is complete, a message box will appear

  5. you must click on the OK button to close the message box and continue the process of Malwareremoval.

  6. you will now be at the main scanner screen. At this point, you must click on the button to view the result .

  7. a screen showing all of the malware displayed the program that is

  8. you must now click remove selection button to remove all the listed malware. MBAM will now delete all of the files and registry keys and add them to the programs quarantine. When you remove files, MBAM may require a restart in order to eliminate some of them. If it displays a message stating that it needs to restart, please let him do. Once your computer has rebooted, and logged in, please continue with the remaining steps.

  9. when MBAM has finished remove the malware, it will open the scan log and display it in Notepad. See the log as desired, and then close the Notepad window.

  The point is: the PC will be the same, but will be installed 10 new Windows and CS5 will be installed new.

  It is possible that you don't have to but it's probably smarter to do in the event of a problem in the upgrade of the OS.  Deactivaing and reactivation is a simple process, so if you do not have a problem it should relatively easy to get the software up and running again.
