I installed a trial of Illustrator from Adobe on my macbook pro. I want to draw a picture using the custom trace button but can not. Does anyone have any ideas how I could track custom?

  CS6 can only be updated up to a maximum of ACR 9.1.1 to install cab 9.3 in CS6, attempts fail.  You can check which version you have by any plug-in / Camera Raw (I think on a Mac).

  You can register CC (LR+PS@$120/yr=$10/mo is the least expensive) or use the DNG Converter to DNG for raw files and the DNG, but not the native raws, open in your older software.

  Apparently, there was a problem with my InDesign CS6 program. I uninstalled properly, but have not been able to re - install. I downloaded the new files and machines goes through all the steps correctly. But then, I get the error message that the program could not be installed. I have no problem with other Adobe products. I'm going crazy: I have a big project due soon and it requires InDesign. Help!

• Does anyone have any problems installing CS6 Master Suite from a DVD on Mac?

  I try to install the master CS6 Suite on a mac that has OS X Mountain Lion on it. I get an error message that the software cannot be verified, and he could be wrong. I bought the DVD from Adobe directly, and he seems to have the right paper work which means that it is a legal copy. I've been in touch with technical support and they try to help him, but it did not work. In addition, Adobe certified serial number so there is nothing wrong with it.   I just finished the free 30 day trial of Adobe Acrobat.  I went and downloaded a paid version of the software (but with less features).  I had to remove the upgraded to this version.  I have paid but now cannot find the program on my laptop (which is Windows 10).  It was about 30 minutes ago.  Anyone know what happened?

  Do you mean that you are not able to click on the drop-down list choose values? Please close HAVE and re run with pressing and now Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) as you start Illustrator. Who resets the preferences and then check again.

  There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash:

  • the version of the Plugin for Firefox and most other browsers
  • the only ActiveX for IE version (see: ActiveX)
  • Updated, you need to update as well

  You do not have the Plugin version installed for Firefox. Search for "Shockwave Flash" in tools > Modules > Plugins

  1. Install the Flash plugin to the latest version.
     • Download and SAVE to your desktop, so you can find the Setup program later
     • If you do not have the current version, click on the "Player Download Center" link on the 'download and information' or 'Download manual installers' below
     • Once the download is complete, exit Firefox
     • Click on the installer, you just download and install
       • Windows 7 and Vista: will need to right click on the installer and choose 'run as administrator '.
     • Launch Firefox and recheck your version or up to the download link below to test the installation
