I just bought CC on a monthly contract pay and now impossible to use.

Already had CC on a trial that had expired on a different email address. Now, when I try and load CC on the new account and an email I just get a 404 this Page is not available message. It is an urgent matter as paid and impossible to access all apps. Uninstalling the associated former CC and Photoshop. I already bought separately to allow to use LR. Actually have paid and cannot use apps at all. Can anyone help pleas. It seems to always default to the old account and your email address and asks me to buy the package that I've done when I drill down. Not there at - there no phone number for the support staff to discuss the issue? I'm not sure if need to send e-mail for responses. In fact my totally frustrated by the whole process I have a problem with something, I bought and can't just talk to someone. How to know when a reply has been posted.

Jeff, thank you very much for the reply. More cat Adobe has done for me, problem sorting this morning with a hotline. All mix up between the 2 accounts I and a copy of the trial. Appreciate your help thank you. Now have a fully operational CC with my LR integrated, worn as it was bought a few years ago and did not want to miss out on updates by making a separate copy.
