Cannot create the folder means that you don't have WRITE permission for this folder. Then... change your permissions.

This is not the format. It says that it failed because of mounting problems. First of all is it possible to format it with disk utility? Otherwise, it's good to install software that provides Seagate that will allow my Mac work with Windows? IM don't like this idea, but...

If I understand the question - if this drive will be used for both copies of backup for Mac and Windows-R/W, you should leave a Windows machine format the drive for fewer problems.
Mac will need software http://www.tuxera.com/products/tuxera-ntfs-for-mac/ for the ability of NTFS R/W or similar
I would certainly recommend format the drive to remove a remnant of the software pre-installed on the new drive.
If on the other hand to use Mac - and you cannot mount the drive, try to force mount DiskUtility > file > Mount
If not can do - the reader is bad out of the box.

I just got a new Macbook Pro when I reinstall my CS4 Master Collection everything works fine, but I can't get Acrobat 9 pro to get the serial key
OK, it worked. Someone suggested dismantling drives all connected. In fact, no luck. But while all the disks were taken out and closed all applications I uninstalled Acrobat Pro using the application in the folder Acrobat Pro. Then I went back to the installer and have already told him only to install Acrobat Pro. Once done everything first, I opened Acrobat Pro. He asked to install some extras and I said no a few times. It opened and worked on a test pdf. With her still open I tried to open Acrobat Distiller. He did not ask a serial number, but I wanted to just install an extra. I said no again and it finished opening. Wanted to be my default PDF application but an extract which is better so I said, person not the last time. He has worked to create a perfect pdf of an Illustrator EPS. Hope this works for you also.

I have version 9 (I think) running on windows 10. Works fine EXCEPT when I try to apply automatic updates. It checks, downloads, copies the files and when it is almost by it says it has encountered an error and cancels everything. Frustrating!

When I go to file and download a picture that everything is fine, but when I go to the file again and try to load a second image makes the former disappear. Why?
From your description, I suspect that you have selected Open Documents as tabs in the Interface preferences section.
Your first image doesn't go away, but is in tabs at the top of the images.
If you prefer to see the images separately, uncheck the box of Documents open as tabs, as shown below

You must go to the location: admin/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom
Hold down the CTRL key and click on Lightroom, click on read the information and click the permissions tab.
Provide the permissions to read and write to your identifier and then close.
Then reopen Lightroom. You should be able to open Lightroom.

I use iphone videos and still images in a project of first Pro CC. When I drag the videos in the timeline, they work fine, but when I drag still images, I have only a small part of the original photo. No idea how to solve this problem?

CS5 cannot go higher than 6.7. If your device requires a more recent version, download the free Adobe dng converter. You convert your RAW to DNG, which can then be processed 6.7 in camera raw.
