Whenever I try to click on any of my icons (if its on my desktop or in another folder, or basically ANYTHING) it will essentially say this:

  I tried to go through safe mode and restoring a system on it, BUT it won't let me do that either. I went back as far as last month and it will restore not again at this point and I know it has to do with this XP security 2011.
