I just installed a HP Photosmart B110 printer and when I try to scan I get this error message;
"Try scan from computer or see documentation press OK.
I have a wireless printing OK, but I am able to scan to my computer. The left installation printer shortcuts on my desktop to the 'consumables HP shop', " HPSolution Center", 'HP Photo Creations' and 'HP ePrinerCentre'. Non of them seem to have an option to scan. Please help, how or what I do to scan?

Uninstall the drivers and software.

1 remove all temporary files.
2. clean the boot
3. download the latest version of the software Version of the drivers.
4 reinstall the drivers and software in the new user account.

2. type %temp% without quotes
3. temporary folder will open
4. Select all files and folders in that by pressing the keys "Ctrl + A" and delete by pressing the 'Delete' of the keyboard key.
NOTE: If you are not able to delete some files, close all open windows and try.

1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
5. click OK and then click on restart.

Extract and install the downloaded software
1. to extract and install the software, go to the downloaded file, and then double-click the file has been downloaded.
2. follow the prompts on the screen to install the HP software.
4 reinstall the drivers and software in the new user account.

I've been remark office omr 8.1 installed on 32-bit windows vista (intel pentium DC) for the last year laptop. Now plan to move it to a more recent hardware and the OS.
I'm trying to install Office note 8.1 on Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit (on laptop AMD E450 DC base). But am getting this error message immediately after you enter the serial number and authentication code. I tried to install different versions of the .net Framework (from 1.1 to 4), but nothing seems to solve the problem.
I even tried to install it in mode compatibality. but no luck.
Here is the error message (between BEGIN and END lines)

I just started getting this error message:

The computer seems to work ok and selecting ok will leave the error, and allow the user to continue. Any suggestions on what this could be and how get rid of?

On my DesignJet 5500, I rswitched the ink tubes, printheads and printhead cleaners dyeing anti-UV, 81 to 83.
I got an error message saying that the black print head needed to be replaced so I bought another head black printing and after that, I was able to print a test page that shows all the colors (image quality page?).
Magenta not give not any code of error before, but now I get an error message saying that the printhead magenta must be replaced, even if magenta print well on the printed test page.

Thanks for the reply again, I just did a Tassel factory by pressing F8 at startup upward and then through the options and make Factory Image Restore (after saving the contents of the hard drive to external hard drive) which took about 5-8 minutes after the return and then re-installed all my programs etc. , and everything works fine!
So I say this to all who have the same problem and no other method does work, simple - easy - fast!
