(2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return './ etc
(3) it will open the etc folder, look for file named "hosts" and the same screenshot of office.
(4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.
Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

My creative cloud subscription does not work, photoshop and lightroom always tells me to connect.
The only way to start any program is by activating the 30 day trial.

If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

Creative Cloud Desktop App does not start after installing Mac OS Yosemite
Hi all,
I just updated my Mac OS to Yosemite. Now, Creative Cloud Desktop App does not launch and InDesign CC 2014 (10.1.0.71) crashes trying to find the Roman.txt file, I have replaced it with a copy of the TimeMachine when he worked in the Mavericks.
I trashed the caches and reinstalled the same preferences, but it keeps on does not start.
The rest of the applications (with the exception of InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop app) do not work properly.

Just installed CC - Apps does not start after the App Manager v7.0 update
I get a few different error messages after installing creative cloud for the first time.
I should mention that I accidentally uninstalled Adobe Application Manager, but then upgrade v7.0

- Remove AdobeAAMDetect.plugin HD/Library/Internet Plugins /.
- Restart the browser.
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
- Sign in using your Adobe ID and password and download the creative cloud Application.
Widows, 7 and 8 (64-bit)
- Using Explorer, go to \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and OOBE and rename it OOBE_old.
- Restart the browser.
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
- Sign in using your Adobe ID and password and download the creative cloud Application.
Windows 7 and 8 (32-bit)
- Using Explorer, go to \Program Adobe and OOBE and rename it OOBE_old.
- Restart the browser.
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Sign in using your Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

By the bios indicates ram 256 k in the slot one. I bought a 1 GB card (correct map I know) and plugged into the connector 1. When I turn on the computer it load windows and when I hit f1 the bios screen still displays 256 k in slot 1 and I can't figure out how to change that and get running.
You can be sure, buy why don't we tell the brand and model of your computer (or your motherboard) and the brand and model of RAM you bought?
