  Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.

  Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

  If so, follow the procedure below:

  (1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
  (2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return '.

  (3) it opens the etc folder, please search for the file named ""host " and copy the same office screen.it"

  (4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.

I downloaded 1 month ago to show my team, and finally got the approval to download the other 9, but it says that I can't download them? I was wondering if I could get an extension to download the 9 remaining images. If I had known that it would expire in 30 days, I would have accelerated the process.

• I know there is a new version of Premiere Pro for creative cloud but does not update my version of Premiere Pro and I do not know why.

  I need to be able to change work and home, that was child's play in our world of Adobe Creative Cloud. However my work got the 2015 version updated to CC and for some reason any my CC at home will not be updated and I don't know why.

  In addition to the answer to the question of the Peru Bob (who we users need to help!) ... There are a few things I could suggest/request...

  (1) what are the specific numbers of your applications to the studio & home? Last build is 2015.0.2, construction 9.0.2(4).

  (2) disconnect from your Cloud creative desktop app, then reconnect. Sometimes this resolves this issue. Give it a whirl...

  If 2) does not work, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to uninstall Desktop CC and PrPro and download & launch of office, then the application download & install PrPro & update.

  You can use the SearchReset extension to reset preferences to default values.

  You have probably 2 versions of Muse on your machine.

  Please check the folder Applications (Macintosh); or the Program files (Windows), for Muse applications installed.

  Run the latest version and try to open the file.

  At least for C++ & net framework, you all.  Each application that uses requires a specific version.  Kill the version, the application.  For SQL, you should probably ask on Technet

  I noticed that in Thunderbird 38 (currently using 38.0.1) the AutoComplete feature in the from: field no longer works. My preferences in "composition-> address" is located to local address book autocomplete. In the 38 versions this seemed to work perfectly. I could type in part of a name or address and I would receive a box drop-down list of possibilities. However, this no longer works. Is there something I need to do to reactivate this function? I just installed the latest version (38.0.1) in the hope that this should be corrected, but it wasn't. Is there something I can do?

  My apologies if I missed, but it is a step take almost.
  Restart Thunderbird with disabled modules (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu, click "restart with disabled modules. If Thunderbird works as usual, there is an add-on or theme interfere with normal operations. You will need to reactivate the modules one at a time until you locate the offender.
