I just started getting this error message: there is a problem starting c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\stppvxe\starvfn\wow.dll

I just started getting this error message:

RundDLL

"There is a problem starting

c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\stppvxe\starvfn\wow.dll ".

the specified module could not be found

The computer seems to work ok and selecting ok will leave the error, and allow the user to continue.  Any suggestions on what this could be and how get rid of?

Thank you

This sounds like the game that you are trying to reach has either some modules additional (mod/maps/scenarios) installed to which you don't have not or have some sort of update (once again that you do not have). Try to join another game or create your own.

In addition, this can happen if you have changed your game executable by installing the hotfix that is not supported.

    Hello MaureenCYB,

    Thank you for the question!

I'm sorry to know that have problems you with the startup message. As I understand it, you get an error message "Run DLL there was a problem starting C:\users\Maureen\AppData\Local\Temp\ the specified module could not be found" when starting.

I need to ask you a question to help you best.

Were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Original title: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\Log.iniis lost

Whenever I log in, this message appears ^^. I read through many forums and discussions on this issue. However, most of these pages have solutions for Log.iniis ending with numbers (i.e. 171438 Log.iniis). I read that I can "Open Scheduler of tasks and expand the"Task Scheduler Library".» Open Asus and task to select "i-setup", delete it and you're done. "The problem is (the Norwegian translation, migh not be 100% accurate), 'the selected task, {0}, is no more. Press "Refresh" to see the current tasks. "So, under the active/current tasks, it says"Reading data failed", and no"i-configuration"task are. Using Regedit, (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree\ASUS) the problem is that I can't find the i-Setupxxxxx, only (Standard), Id and Index. Any help would be appreciated (the error after the logon box is a pain in the *). Also, I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.

    Hello

whenever I start my pc, I get this error message:

There is a problem starting C:Users\ (my name!) \Appdata\local\temp\uacavi,dll

I recently purchased RegCure Pro for fix my registry and its still not fixig the problem.

    Help, please

    Original title error message.

    Thank you

Well, you shouldn't have wasted your money on a registry cleaner - they are dangerous to use if you don't know what exactly is the cleaning of your registry - and if it is safe to remove the discovered or not registry keys.

    OK, so just fix it-

Press Windows key + R > type msconfig in the box run > Enter. In the System Configuration window, select the Startup tab.

Now, uncheck an entry > OK and restart. If the error message is gone, leave it as it is. If the error message still appears, open System Configuration > start again tab. Now check the entry you previously unchecked and uncheck another. You do this to know what entry causes the error.

Make work easier, you should not try unchecking and check all entries beginning with the following words in their names.

Microsoft, Adobe, Intel, (your company produces antivirus developer), Java, Synaptics and (the manufacturer of your computer - HP, Dell, Sony, MSI or anything else).

Try instead a .zip installation. It should work. When you run Firefox for the first time, it will create a new profile if it is already there.

In access to AOL e-mail via the full version, I can navigate my account (old messages, new messages, spam, etc.) very well, but when I try to open an individual email, I get this error message: "there was an error while loading the message. Please try again later. »

This is identical to a problem someone else was described in another thread... Unfortunately, nothing suggested you him seemed to work. I have BEEN cheated at the opening of a file attached to an e-mail immediately before this started, so I think it's a virus or something. IN ANY CASE... I AM able to open the messages when I use the basic version of AOL. Initially, the problem seemed to be in Firefox, but I tried with Internet Explorer now also and it's the same thing, and the basic version is accessible while the full version is still blocked.

On both browsers, after the error message, I can't even click on individual posts to TRY to open another, and there are a few not-very-right boxes and the x and the things that appear on the screen that do not belong.

Please tell me that you can not do that, go away... I tried uninstalling and reinstalling... Firefox who did not. I also enjoy McAffee, and that has not changed anything.

You can do a check of malware with several digitization programs of malicious software on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.

All of these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before scanning.

Alternatively, you can write a check for an infection rootkit TDSSKiller.

I am a new user of ThinkPad. I just got my T400 a week ago, and I'm a fan of him immediately. But there's this little thing that really bothers me.
