  Thanks for the advice - we now have things market by taking a chance and turning off the firewall

  * disabled the firewall (Miscrosoft own and a third one)

  * re-installed drivers

  * Open Control Panel - hardware and sound - devices and printers, and click on add a device

  Thank you very much for your quick response, actually this problem is solved by changing the country / region of the Device Manager wifi adapter, I tried more region until I had access to available networks.

  It seems that your ID Adobe was initially registered in Pakistan due to which it is not allowing you to make purchases in the United States.

  You can create a new Adobe ID, register in the United States and then it should allow you to make a purchase.

Whenever I hit the button to connect, it just eventually times out. I made sure that my headphones are on and through this article to make sure that everything was set up properly, but in vain.
