  In the end, they design the drivers and software that allow the phone to work with Windows.  As such, Sony makes the decision about how and if this is possible.

  If anyone knows a vb script that already does, it's phenomenal. If this isn't the case, I try to find the best MS community forum to ask questions of syntax when working on the VBscript code.

  CC is the creative cloud based for adobe software that, personally, I use due to the large subscription with studies and CS6 is the beach where you can buy each program individually, but at a higher price, I really didn't know the difference if I recommend CC

  You can not. There is no method to remote turn on/off all the settings on the phone. The only thing you can do is put it in mode lost through the computer and it remains to be seen if the device connects to a known Wi - Fi network.
