Although, to "Restore the iCloud Keychain," I took to erase the data and essentially set up a new keychain. Not the case. Maybe it's all the iCloud account and this master password. Or maybe it's a bug. With Apple, we'll never know.

b. navigate to the following location.

c. find dfrg.msc and double-click it. Check if you can access it.
