  If you are on subscription, you just install it on your new computer and sign in with your ID Adobe that you used to buy PS when you arrive up to two installs, it will tell you that you have exceeded you install limit and asks if you want to disconnect other computers. Just so disconnect you. No need to have to disable or call Adobe!

  You can use the same subscription on 2 machines. If you want to use it on a machine 3rd you can disable

  Photoshop of this machine. Please follow the article on how to disable.

  Start your computer Safe Mode and check if you can successfully start.

  Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

  You still have the old computer? Disconnect from this one using the desktop creative cloud application remove it properly. Then just install the application of CC on the new desktop computer and install Photoshop like this.

  You are allowed up to two active computers by a subscription at any time.

  WE EDIT: this is assuming that you intend to get rid of your old computer. If you intend to keep the old computer, simply log on the new computer.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  Use the desktop application to install your programs of cc.

  as mentioned above, you should logout of your desktop or laptop computer to connect to your new computer (and you will need to connect to install and use your cc programs).  but you can leave cc installed on all 3 of your computers and log in for 2 of the 3 when you want.

  I'm getting a new computer. My old man's got Photoshop Elements 7 on it, and I managed to save it on my Adobe account, so I have the serial code.

  I mean you can re - download Adobe software if you have the serial code. The general idea as I understand is that you have to download the trial version, enter your activation code, and then you can have the full version of Photoshop Elements 7.0.

  Should I uninstall Photoshop Elements 7.0 to my current (old) computer in order to download it to my new?

  You are allowed to have two active facilities, so there is no requirement to disable the old installation.  You might want to keep it there anyway since it is questionable whether or not version 7 will work on any newer system you have now.
