  I'll try to explain my situation better than I can.

  I downloaded recently, successfully, in my new copy of PhotoShop CS4 Extended 11.0 version. I then updated the program to version 11.0.1. I was (and am still), using my Photoshop Elements 7.0 and have been very successful download and access to my OnOne Software plug-in, Genuine Fractals 6.0 and FocalPoint 2.0 as well as some filters from NIK Software.

  So I was excited to start using CS4 Extended and the first thing I did after the download and update was to load my FocalPoint 2. plugin. Now, I had spent literally 20 hours in total over a period of 2 consecutive days trying every variation I could think to place the Plugin, (one of them), in the program of CS4 so that I can access and open them at will. But I can't do them appears in the section "Controller" in the drop-down list of menu files. They also do NOT appear under "Plug-ins" in the drop-down Help Menu.

  As I said earlier, I have no problem with their use in my Photoshop Elements 7 and I just got a reply from Support Adobe technique that said that these Plugins will certainly work in CS4 Extended. But they also felt that the problem must be addressed by the manufacturers of Pugin. • When I add bookmark (Apple D), if it is already listed then my only option is to move it from its original folder or go later than in copy/paste a second copy. Is there a change of preference around that? Or, can you make one for the next version?

  I wish I could save a bookmark in both places without moving from one folder to another if I already have this bookmark saved in a folder of bookmarks. I write a lot of papers and love to go to the different materials. Sometimes I find myself using the same site for different papers, and so I would be able to do it quickly, without having to go to the Favorites section, and manually do with copy/paste. Thank you

• Anyone having problems with Windows 7 and the HP LaserJet P2035n?

  It seems, after a few months of service, there are several problems with this printer and Windows 7 only.  We have several offices that use this printer and almost each one has similar problems.  It will printer randomly disappear, not being able to print anything at random times of the day, to the spooler crashing every two minutes or more.  There is no problem at all with Windows XP or Vista, only 7.  Reinsalling the printer driver takes care of the problem for a few days, but the questions up all over again.

  As I said, I'm never comfortable with special characters like slash, and colon (exception is the underscore), although I have no direct evidence that there is a problem.

  What happens if you rename the photo (using your operating system) to be lake_clouds2.jpg, and then she would have the question mark in LR 4 and you reconnect to the it in LR 4? Renders the picture then?
