  Once the software is installed, it will not be removed under normal circumstances.

  I do not know if your computer is still infected and it is removed or the problem is that you can't 'see' photoshop' but it is always installed.

  to verify this, check the installation directory and check its size on your hard drive.

  You won't be able to re - install using the discs and the number of series that you used initially, but we have a solution.

  The activation for more server CS2 is no longer in service. For this reason, we did a version of these titles of software available that doesn't require activation.   Can you please confirm whether the volume on which you install Photoshop Elements is case-sensitive or break? To find what you need to do the following:

  1. launch/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app

  2. click on the drive from left panel (not the Partition)

  3. click the Partition tab

  4. check text that is written in the Format tab. This is Mac OS extended (case-sensitive, journaled)?

  Is it is case-sensitive, journaled, then you will need to make this volume as insensitive by selecting Mac OS extended (journaled) as the PSE only is currently not supported on case-sensitive volumes.

  When I entered my redemption code, serial numbers came to the elements and with buttons to download, but when I clicked it to download it, it says page not found, null!  I tried this on as well first and photoshop elements.  Why?  Should I get my money back and forget about it, this isn't a good sign!

  I use Photoshop elements 11 Organizer and the system is so corrupt I want to start again from the beginning. I have all my photos on memory sticks so I am not concerned the removal of the pictures by mistake. I want to start from scratch and with a clear Organizer.

  In an effort to remove all the folders, I tried deleateing Photoshop Elements and then put it back, but when I looked at the files after you have reinstalled the program, they were exactly the same as they were before I deleated the program.
