  After 10 years of LabVIEW experience I'm totally lost.

  It's my first project with DAQmx and I do not know how to handle.

  My configuration: Windows7. LabVIEW 2012 DevSuite; X Series USB-6366

  My goal: trigger value encoder and 2 inputs analog

  I would get a result for the value of the encoder and each of the two analog inputs for each change of the value of the encoder (not more! I do not want to sort a huge amount of data afterwards)

  I was able to configure it with the measurement and Automation Explorer, but have no idea how to do that in a LabVIEW configuration.

  Read all of the examples I could find the analog inputs and the encoder with SampleClock. This isn't what I'm looking for.

  I would be very happy if someone could guide me to my solution.

  I have attached the confiuration exported from the measurement and Automation Explorer.

  You'll get there, but yes, the first exhibition to DAQmx is probably a little overwhelming.  A few other tips based on your screenshot (I'm on LV2010 & can't open the code).

  1. "allow buffer overwrites" is that a functional but description is not text.  It lies under the Read DAQmx property node and must be configured before starting the task.  Here is an excerpt:

  

  2. it is usually (but not always) an available timing system to be used for all HAVE channels in a task just by the material.  As a result, all channels to HAVE should be included in a single task.   You can do this easily in chaining your call 'DAQmx create Virtual Channel' twice the job output and input/output error.  Because the second call will receive a task refnum as input, it will configure the 2nd channel of AI to be part of the same task.

  (It is possible to specify just several channels in a single call, but separate calls gives you the ability to configure different setting on the scale or range of entry).

  3. the 'random', which IA task gave you the error is due to the lack of sequencing in your attempts to start tasks.  The question which is the fortunate success that happens to run first can (and does) vary from run to run.  By combining the two channels to HAVE in a single task, this problem will disappear, but you want to be sure that the tasks of the AI and the counter are started * before * any clock signals come to PFI8.

  4. "change detection" will be available for digital input assignments, not tasks of meter.  And it is also generally supported only for a digital port a-bit value.  Other ports then that support data acq clocked by the software on demand.  I guess one of these questions is the source of your error.

  On the boards of the M series that I used, change detection has been supported only on port 0 - I think that the same thing will be true for the X-series cards.  The following took place without error for me using a simulated X series device.  By selecting another port gave an error.

  PIXMA MG5422 does not come with a USB cable and I checked, but we have these available to send you or I would do it.  What you need is a USB B cable standard has this implemented via a wireless connection.  If you have a WPS enabled router, then you can use one of them to put in place.  What this means is supported on the the router WPS button.  If you do not have one of them, should be a USB cable.  They are available at your local office supply store.

  Canon took the decision not to include the latter with their printers.  What I will do is pass your message along to my superiors so that they can read them on your dissatisfaction with this.

  My computer has a very big problem on Monday, which I was not able to do the system restore.   So I call sony for help because it comes from was I brought my computer with vista installed.  They were unable to do system restore, they put it back to the factory setting.  Now no one at Sony is ready to help.  I had to deal with three very 'ROUGH' REPS at sony.   The problem is that I can't find my product key and they will not help you in obtaining microsoft vista started for me.  I learned that I have to go to someone at microsoft on my problem.  Is it possible that you can help me.  If I am mistaken I think I register my product with microsoft when I received it.  SO, please help me.  Thank you.

  Thanks for posting. If your PC is an OEM which means that Dell, HP, IBM or another company, you will need to contact them to get a replacement disk or key you may need.

  Two problems: there is no Windows 8 and even if there were, Windows XP Home Edition would not not 'manage '.  ;-)

  I drop McAfee for a few different freeware products.  Or better yet I'd get two products 'cost' (~ 25 and 60 dollars) and install them and use them in the future - but WHEN you are trying to clean up.

  You seem like you maybe sincerely - at a time when a format/install of Windows XP/patching/installation of applications/patch/restore backups of your data is the best course of action.

  However, if you are willing to work - maybe we can at least get things cleaned up to a certain point where you can get a good backup before doing this (otherwise avoid doing all together.)

  In the order shown, do not jump (no matter what you do, what you have done in the past, etc.) ...

  First of all - download, install, operate and put to update and then run a full system scan with the following two (one at a time, reboot in-between):

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  After you perform a full scan with one then the other and remove anything they have all two are completely, you can uninstall these products, if you wish.  This initiative will allow to check there is no malware floating around your system which could cause problems.  If you ask - no, Norton probably does not protect you from what these applications can find.

  Download and run the MSRT tool manually:

  (Ignore the details and download the tool to download and save to your desktop, run it.)

  Reset.

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

  Reset.

  Download/install the latest program Windows installation (for your operating system):
  (Windows XP 32-bit: WindowsXP-KB942288-v3 - x 86 .exe )
  (Download and save it to your desktop, run it.)

  Reset.

  and...

  Download the latest version of Windows Update (x 86) agent here:
  http://go.Microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=91237
  ... and save it to the root of your C:\ drive. After you register on the root of the C:\ drive, follow these steps:

  Close all Internet Explorer Windows and other applications.

  AutoScan--> RUN and type:
  %SystemDrive%\windowsupdateagent30-x86.exe /WUFORCE
  --> Click OK.

  (If asked, select 'Run'). --> Click on NEXT--> select 'I agree' and click NEXT--> where he completed the installation, click "Finish"...

  Reset.

  Now try usig the Fixit (Yes - try to use it again) to reset your Windows Components Update (you'll do the aggressive version, not the other):

  How to scan your disks for errors* will take time and a reboot.

  Defragment
  How to defragment your hard drives* will take time

  Reset.

  Now, open Internet Explorer, visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and do a CUSTOM search for updates.  Install any critical/high-priority ones and - for now - to ignore all those in option (always do this for material updates optional here.)

  Restart if necessary and continue to visit this web page until you have not yet updated to high priority.

  Now - if your problem is with the facilities of the .NET Framework...  You can end up with something like:

  to uninstall a few versions of the .NET Framework, then you can try to install again - but you should not do this until the machine is supposed to be cleaned.
