  Please follow the steps below to reset the photoshop preferences.

  > Hold down Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the hotkey, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also reset to the default.

  If you are still facing the same issue, please uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers and check for the issue.

  Also, please mention what operating system are you using?

  I have an HP C4580 put in network on my personal network. Whenever I try to print something on the network, it goes to the printer and then error. I took a quick glance of print jobs, and it seems that the printer is trying to print more then is required. For example, if I print a document that is located at 3 pages, it will be 10 queued pages and say under 10/3 pages. The printer prints then one and a half pages and error. With the status saying "error sent to the printer. Now if I physically connect the printer, it will work perfectly. I have no idea what is wrong.

  Windows 7 Pro

  Router D - Link DIR-628 with Hardware A2 and Firmware version 1.13 version

  It seems that you will have to manually enter the default gateway for your network in the printer. Use the IP address of the printer to connect to its embedded web page. Now, click on setting network at the top, then 802.11 wireless on the left and then advanced. You should be able to enter the IP address, subnet mask, gateway by default, primary and Alternate DNS server addresses here. You can get all addresses for the subnet mask and DG with the "ipconfig" command in a command prompt window.

  I just bought a HP Photosmart C4480 all-in-One. I tried to print business cards using the type of stock perforated (equivalent to Avery L7414).

  You use the following steps for Windows XP?

  The steps below will help to remove the print spooler. His writings for Vista but should work on WIndows 7 as well with a few names being different.

  1. click on start, go to control panel and then go to the printers.
  2. double-click on the icon of your printer.
  3. in the new screen click on the printer from Word in the upper left corner in game a check mark with 'use printer offline '.
  4. disconnect the device from the computer.
  5. click on the printer of new word in the upper left corner and choose "cancel all the print. Expect that to happen.
  6. If it does not, restart your computer and check if the printjob is finished now. If it happens to skip step 6.
  7. If the printjob disappeared reconnect your printer and click printer again in the upper left corner and remove the check mark with 'use printer offline '.
  8. try to print.
