Can not download the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop

I see by clicking on the link of the VERSION of the APP that a new desktop CC version was released (3.5.0.206), but when I click on the download link for desktop PC CC on the Adobe website, it still installs 3.4.3.189. How can I get the new version? I'm having a lot of trouble with CC crashing all the time.

I thought that my problem has been resolved, however it has reappeared.
It was my intention to send a screenshot of the pop-up that appears; However it doesn't seem to be a mechanism
to do this during re - open the case.

It seems that even this part has poor instruction for beginners. I imported the images that are visible for a moment and then go black.
Hi Tim,
This problem occurs when the auto tone has been applied to your images.
For existing photos, select all your images in the grid view, and then click the Reset All button in the quick develop Panel. Then, click the auto tone button to correctly apply this feature.
To avoid this problem in the future, choose Lightroom > preferences > Presets (Mac OS) or edit > Preferences > Presets (Windows). Select again to apply auto tone adjustments.

As long as the Mac corresponds to the system requirements, you can use your Cloud software on it. With a cloud subscription, you can have two machines with working facilities and they can use one or the other or both platforms.

- You are connected to a Windows Live account or a Local account?
- Did you of recent changes to the computer?
I suggest you to run the network troubleshooter to verify Internet connectivity issues.
Method 1: Clear the cache to store and check.
- Press the "Windows key + R.
- Type wsreset.exe in the Run dialog box and click OK.
Method 2: Temporarily disable antivirus software or security.
Temporarily disable anti-virus software or any securitysoftware installed on your computer.
