??? I'm unable to download apps from creative cloud to my MacBook Pro. I downloaded the package install twice. I can double click on the installer and it seems to be loading but it just guard spinning for 10-15 minutes, then gives me an error and a blue button to get help. We have other MacBook Pro in the studio and just downloaded quickly. Any ideas?

If this does not help then follow the steps mentioned below.
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
- Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
- Download Creative cloud-apps Download Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

Thank you for your response. It was the right solution, but I missed something in your response. I had to start several times to download / update. Throw/delete (or the procedure of the description) files don't get past not like you described, but I tried something myself and it worked finally.
But I have to ask: If this problem continues, of course, that a workaround is available, why is this a problem in the software persists, exist?
Maybe you can't give answers, but I'm just wondering, well thanks for your help.

Can't download apps from creative cloud on new computer!
I just got a new iMac and transferred my files from point a to the top of my old computer. None of my apps Cloud Creative transferred, but when I tried to download, it says that all of my previously downloaded applications are "up to date". Oh well, maybe on my computer old, dead, but not this one. What I am doing wrong and how do I get my apps back?

We do not recommend transfer software from one machine to the other Adobe but instead recommend download/install on the second machine where you want to use.

Cannot download the App from creative cloud for Win 7 portable
Hi - I was able to download and install the application creative cloud on my desktop (Win 7), where it replaced Adobe Application Manager and seems to work ok.
Then I tried to download and install the application on my laptop from https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud by clicking on the download button. It starts with Adobe Application Manager that lists all applications installed or available to install with the exception of the creative cloud app!
How to install creative cloud app? Is there a direct link, that circumvents the MAO?

Hi Dave,.
Please rename the folder to C:\Program Files (x 86) PDApp \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp whatever it is for example "-PDApp'." Now restart your browser and install new cloud creative https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloudapp. It will now install Creative Cloud App for your laptop.

Adobe Creative Cloud opens on an empty space on the screen and does not load anything
The Adobe Creative Cloud screen opens. On my Mac, rotation of the icon of the indirect approach. But nothing loads. Please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Cindy1643 can you please check the version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application that you have installed? You can determine the version by clicking the gear icon, in the creative application of Cloud Desktop, then select Preferences. You'll want to then click on the tab account on the general tab.
I was reviewing the release notes this morning, and this issue is supposed to be solved with version 1.7.0.413. You can find more details at CC help | Creative Cloud app for desktop PC | Release notes.

I try to install Creative cloud on my Macbook Pro. Why it won't download?
Why I can't download CC on my Mac? I checked everywhere on the computer but could not be found.
I was finally able to resolve the issue in line with a Mac Pro. Everything that
did not the downloads have been going to my documents folder instead of
downloads the file. Simple but almost drove me nuts.

Cannot use creative cloud on my macbook pro in yosemite.
I tried to install the desktop cc application. But whenever I install it, it does not start correctly. I can't use it. What can I do?
Now, I found a way to solve my problem.
I activated a new administrative account. As I watched in a former internet plugin called cooliris was not able to start. -Online cc Office had problems.
So I looked for a way to uninstall it. -Online after a new login cc Office worked very well.
I changed on my normal user account. Here, I put all the internet plugins in a separate Directory. -Online cc Office worked.
After you have moved all the internet plugins on cc original Office still worked. After a restart of the mac Office cc also had no problem.
So now, you can close this message. I hope this might help other users.

I get automatically disconnected from creative cloud right now.
Adobe maintains the blow me out of the creative clouds. I did a search on the problem and have tried all suggested. I have work to do, and yet I'm sitting here, trying to find a solution to this problem. I tried to call, but cannot cross. I tried a cat, and everyone is busy. Please let me know what the problem is and fix it.
I was just on the phone with a representative who called me from Adobe. I had to use the activity monitor and close everything associated with adobe. And then restart my machine, after making sure that your system preferences > network > advanced > Proxies > inside, be sure to use passive FTP Mode (PASV) is DISABLED.
I have no idea how or why that changed network setting or changed, because I don't have. I asked the Adobe representative why it happened just in the middle of I'm working on a work of InDesign. She said it was probably my Internet service provider. Ooookkkaaayyy.
Fixed for now, anyway.
