I can't open file of police control Victoria, it keeps saying updating Adobe reader but I have already the latest version. How can I fix it?
Some PDFs (dynamic XFA forms) created in Adobe LiveCycle can be opened in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. When you try to open these files in an alternative PDF reader, then you will see this error message.
Unfortunately, it is not easy to remove this message and change the PDF file so that it can be opened in the alternative PDF viewers. The person who created the original form must recreate the shape using the options that do not restrict viewers PDF can open and view the file.
Adobe has made the decision that since very few non-Adobe products are supported on these PDF files special, it is best to show this message - and require the user to download Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat - that is to let the PDF Viewer try to view the document. You can ask the user to drive - extend documents so that you can view it with Adobe Reader.
To ensure that the browser is configured to use the software Acrobat Reader plugin, please see KB: configuration of browser using Adobe Acrobat PDF plugin

Hi cheryl28,
It seems that the details of your system, would you say that you are still on version 3. How have you tried to update Firefox? There were errors during the update? You should look at Firefox updated to the latest version for more details.
You can also try to go to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
- Download the full installer for 8.0.1 to your desktop.
- Closing Firefox. Remember that she is still ongoing in the background.
- Run the Setup program and re-open Firefox.
Hope this helps!

After update, I get "You are not on the latest version of Firefox" WHY?
I'm on version 9, still I get this message (in question above) on my start page. I also get a popup saying E-mail "no valid certificate for aus.mozilla.org, accept for this session? I still say yes, because I recognize the name on the certificate. (Geotrust, I think that it is.) What is going on?
You are using the latest version which is Firefox version 9.0.1
From your description, it seems that if you still have the old start page for Firefox http://www.google.com/firefox hosted by Google as your homepage. This old default home page is no longer used (Firefox 3.6. * and earlier versions) about: home in use for Firefox 4.0
Ignore the message, change the home page about: welcome, replace it with another page or leave blank.

Win7 was activated, but now I get a message saying that it is not!
I got a copy of the activated win7 for about 2 years, now, windows update tells me im running a counterfeit copy. I had hard drive problems and guess that some of the windows has been damgaed. When I go to the systems page, it tells me that my Win7 Ultimate has been activated. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
To analyze and solve problems for Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to the desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once downloaded, run the tool.
Click on the button continue, after a short time, continue button will change to a copy button.
Click the copy button in the tool (ignore the error at this stage) and then paste (with r-click and paste or Ctrl + V) in your message.

I have been printing PSD images with my own profiles and color management using an Epson R2880.
I've now changed to a Mac with OO 10.11.3 and unable to replace the color management. I found a lead on the Adobe Color printer utility but failed and got a message saying that the utility has only worked with an earlier version of the OS 10. Is there a way to turn this problem?
GHK
You don't want or need to use the old setting 'No Color Management'. Is no longer the right way to print with a custom printer profile, in the current versions of Photoshop and OS X.
To use a custom profile to print, use the attached picture settings:
- In the print dialog box, set the Photoshop color management menu manages colors.
- Select your profile to the printer in the printer profile menu.
- In the settings of printer driver Epson (under Printer Setup button) make sure that the Epson printer driver is set to the color - off management.
I don't know why Adobe Color Printer Utility works in 10.11.3, because I can throw on OS X 10.10 and 10.11. But in the end, it doesn't matter, because you don't want to use it for this purpose Adobe Color Printer Utility is only to print a profiling target, no images. And it won't let you print using your custom printer profile, because the whole point of the utility is to print with no discoloration whatsoever.

I start the Firefox browser.
When the start page shows, I get just below the Google search box:
You are not on the latest version of Firefox. Update today to get the best of the Web!Not unusual, but when I go on the site to update it looking for a minute and then tells me I have the current version of the software.
If you use the www.google.com/firefox as homepage site that previous versions of Firefox 3 use as homepage you can ignore the message about not using the latest version of Firefox on this page.
Google seems to keep this page.
The current versions of Firefox 4 + is no longer use this website from Google as home page, but use the build-in on: home page as the home page.
Google assumes that you are using an older version of Firefox if you still visit this site, and warns you that you are using an older version of Firefox and invites you to update.
You can use a different page than the homepage as subject: House or www.google.com or www.google.com/ig (iGoogle). -
I installed Firefox 8.01 (later today), but on my home page, it is still saying 'you are not on the latest version of Firefox. Update today to get the best of the Web! "What gives?
Even if your useragent was OK in Firefox 8.0.1 this old Firefox home page hosted by Google would always give you this message.
The www.google.com/firefox/ was an old used before Firefox 4.0 default home page and is not maintained by Google more. To ignore this message or change your home page to Subject: House if you want even a another page or leave blank for no home page.
Tools-> Options-> general-> home page: where you can change it.

I tried to install the previous version, but keep on getting the latest version.
I discovered that Norton Safe ID does not work in the latest version of Firefox (I also discovered that it is a problem of Symantec). I installed the previous version of Firefox and was so happy, my Norton Safe Search and Safe ID was back. I kept getting notices asking to upgrade to the latest version. I don't know and make sure that I do not start the upgrade. Unfortunately, while I wasn't looking, installed Firefox last version... I tried to return the previous version, but it keeps the installation on the most recent version. Until Symantec solves the problem, I would like to use the previous version. I have Internet Explorer, that I do not particularly like, I prefer Firefox. No idea how I can temporary solve the problem of Symantec. Thank you. Blenda.
Hello
This is a problem caused by Symantec do not receive an update pretty quickly. They said that an update is due at the end of October, so I hope that is soon.
I always recommend use you the most recent and and an updated version of Firefox. This ensures you get the new features as well as all stability and security fixes.
On the installation of an earlier version, if you want to prevent the update of Firefox, type Subject: preferences #advanced in the address bar and click on Update. Here you will find options to disable updates to update, but as mentioned, this is not recommended.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look at another solution for you.

Since I have updated to the latest version of Firefox a few days every time I click on a link, or in a dialog (like this one) or try to pin something to Pinterest, a reading of google window opens. I have no new pluggi-ns and no Add-ons. I also scanned my cpu for viruses and none were found. What is originally this issue that drives me crazy, and how can it be solved?
To eliminate if it is a corrupt add on or plugin, please check if it happens in a new profile with just the pintrist on. This will tell you if it's a combination. Use the Profile Manager to create and delete profiles Firefox
Also sometimes an antivirus does not detect a virus that would be another. Sometimes a problem with Firefox can be a result of malware installed on your computer, you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:
- Microsoft safety scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more information, see this other AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one.

Whenever I have to connect on Firefox I get message saying that I am not on the current version, but I am. -Version 30.0 'up-to-date' what's the deal?
What is your homepage in Firefox that it may seem like the old start page for Firefox by Google because it has the message "you are not on the latest version of Firefox. Update today to get the best of the Web! "under the search field.
Google did not maintain this homepage from Firefox 4.0 came out as it was on: House since.
