  I just ordered the Toshiba NB200-10Z of Amazon.co.uk because the model wasn't available everywhere in Finland, despite being listed on the site of Toshiba Finland.   I agree with Al - eX. As you can see on the underside of the adapter AC/DC it can handle voltages range from 110 to 240 volts.

  You need only a new power cord. Therefore, you can contact the service provider authorized in your country. Maybe you can exchange the cable and if you get one free.

  If the instructions that you need a cable then you need a cable. On several printers now, you don't need USB cable for Setup (that's why many boxes do not have) and you can run the installation on your computer or a button on the printer.

  My dog chewed my wall charger. I discovered the next day when I tried to recharge my laptop... my computer was almost dead... so today I bought a new power cord hp. It resembles the old plugs well, but my computer does not illuminate. No incandescent lite on the Start button, nothing.   Did you buy your machine from another country? I can't believe this, HP provides no USB cable on some printers and now without power cord for a PC. Even in many countries of the third world, they still have rules on the power cords and normal for a country power cords should be allowed to use on devices sold in this country. Have you checked the box, the store where you purchased the machine (if local) must provide a power supply for you.

  In the latest version of Premiere Pro, it is possible to change the settings for the sequence.

  You know what settings are best knowing what you are doing.  (Personally I'm fan of formal education for this.)  I know that sounds sarcastic, but, there is no right answer to the question whose parameters are the best.  There are many variables here, then... you really need to know what you're doing.
