  Your camera is more recent than your software for many years.  To open the ORF of the EM10II you need ACR plugin 9.2 which host needs a PSE14 or newer.  You can buy 14 items here: http://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

  You can also use the free DNG Converter to convert a FOLDER of raw files to DNG and these DNG is open in the old software.  You can get the DNG Converter here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

  I'm working on a project in Illustrator and I used as a starting point for something one of the gradients in Illustrator. I changed since certain colors in the gradient to fit my desired color scheme, and I now want to use certain colors in the gradient on other objects in the design for a color matching. I know that I can look at the values of the nuances in the gradient and create a new shade and manually enter those same numbers, but I wonder if there is a faster or easier way? I have had this happen before and I'd love to know an effective shortcut to time. I want to do ideally is to be able to tell Illustrator to create/send the stages of individual color in the gradient to the nuances of documents library. It's okay if she sends all colors at once, or if there is a way to drag or move them one at a time in the library. Is it possible to do other that manually re-create the color by the number? Again, just to clarify, I don't want to make a single shade of gradient in the library, I want to create a sample for each color in the gradient (i.e. a gradient with 3 color stops would create 3 shades of each in the shades of color of the document library). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel that it is probably much easier I have doing it, but I can't find anything. Maybe I used the wrong terminology in my research? Thank you!

  You need 3 pallets open: Gradient, of shades and colors.

  In the palette degraded: adjust your gradient as you wish, select one of the steps of color or make a new stop at the color that you want to keep.

  You will see the selected gradient color in the color palette.

  Drag the color from the palette of colors to the Swatches palette.

• Need help with the Support Assistant for TouchSmart 310

  I tried to install the latest version of HP Support Assistant manually by searching on the HP customer service and it removed the previous version first. Nothing happened thereafter. I thought it would open HP Support Assistant after agreeing to terms and policies, but he did nothing. When I click on the HP Support Assistant icon, I get "year error occurred" on the very top of the page.  I am not in a position to make changes within the program - everything is gray.

  I tried unistalling tune but I get a message stating: Error 1316 - a network error has occurred trying to read from the file c:\windows\installer\hp support assistant.msi. I tried to look for this file and have not found. I even typed in the search and was not able to find it so I am not able to uninstall it.

  I've had this computer for a year now and have never been able to upgrade to the latest version of HP Support Assistant within the program. I'd get what your computer does not meet the minimum requirements and so I left it alone. The reason why I decided to manually update was because I have problems with the E: drive. And from what I read on HP, to see if I have a hard drive failed, I would need to run tests using HP Support Assistant, but unfortunately, I am not able to do this since I can't access HP Support Assistant.

  It is good to hear than the detected "Fixit" and was able to remove the existing installation of HPSA such as what can many fixed some of the problems that can prevent a new version installation correctly.

  First, even if you always have the latest installer HPSA, download it again from the following link and save it in your downloads folder.
