Since two or three weeks, whenever we try to open a PDF file, we get the following message:
Before display PDF documents in the browser, you must launch Adobe Reader and accept the end user license agreement, and then quit and relaunch the browser. There is no link in this post, and I can't find where to launch Adobe Reader to accept this agreement. I do not understand why we started having problems all of a sudden, but it is extremely frustrating!
We have a Mac OS X v. 10.7 Safari v. 6.0
Thank you very much!
If you have installed the Adobe Reader software to the deafult location you will see in your hard drive / Applications folder.
Try this:
1. Quit Safari
2. from Finder > go > go to folder... > type in the path: /Applications/ and click 'Go '.
3. run "Adobe Reader"
4. accept the end user license
5. open a PDF file in Safari.

How to accept the end user license agreement in adobe reader?
I've just updated the OS on my iMac from OS to OS 10.9.4 10.6.8. Safari has been updated to version 7.0.5. When I try to open a pdf file in Safari, I get a notice that:
Before display PDF documents in the browser, you must launch Adobe Reader and accept the end user license agreement, and then quit and relaunch the browser.
I was not able to find a way to accept the end user license agreement. How can I do that.

Thank you

I've just updated from XP Pro on WINDOWS 7 OS _ I reinstalled my MS Office 2003 product set and they were almost OK. My problem - ALWAYS the end-user license agreement appears with the prompt to PRINT, ACCEPT or DECLINE each time I try to use one of the MS office products is open. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying to get that invites each and everytime I open WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc.
What can I do to solve this problem.
Thank you
BobHi Carey.

Hello, I am truly grateful for everyone of help very urgent. I cannot view PDF files, I'm using a mac update, safari and I says to accept non-existent "End User License Agreement", but when install adobe reader is never an option!
Thank you very much!
No, not at all. Similarly, Applications (in the Finder), start you Mac applications. In the latest versions of Mac OS, you can also use the launch pad, which does the same thing.
If you think that it is which means 'open', or 'start' or 'run', it would be better, but the 'launch' is the official word from Apple.

I can't understand how re-launch Adobe reader. I go to finer and search for Adobe and you find just reinstall every time... How to access this license agreement? Help!
Windows:
Go to: C/Program Files/Adobe/Reader11.0/Reader and double click on the file eula.exe. Accept the contract, and're you good to go.
Mac OS X:
Go to: Mac HD/Applications and double click on the Adobe Reader application. The agreement will open the first launch. Accept that and're you good to go.

Every time I try to open a pdf document that is located on a server or in our company (so not on my laptop), reador always shows error. Cannot open the document. Just in case I have copy the document into my local PV, I can read without problem. Server is mapped in my FileExplorer (Win7). So boring and big bug I think.
Massage of error: "there was an error opening this document. The network path was not found.
Could you please try to disable Protected Mode under ' Edit > preferences > (protection) "and see if that helps.
Let me know.
Kind regards
Ana Maria

"Can not open AsIO.sys (2)" I get this message when I log in after a reboot. I have search for the file, but can't find it with the research or the command prompt. What do do in this file, and can be created and put into the appropriate folder?
Hi Jack,
This driver belongs to AsIO.sys Asus Probe. Try to uninstall Asus Probe and if you need, install again. If this does not help, uninstall Asus Probe and other tools of control such as Speedfan. Open the registry (regedit.exe) editor and search for AsIO.sys and remove all the entries that you can find.

When I try to create a restoration point, a message is displayed on the lower right part of the screen and I get this message: Systempropertiesprotection.exe - corrupted file.
In addition, it tells me to run Chkdsk. I am doing and not of results. If I search for the file, Systempropertiesprotection.exe happens in several different directories along with one. Record of MUI with the same name. The computer seems to work very well, but my suspicions are triggered. Any suggestions?Hi Popo75,
Let us try the following steps to solve the problem.
Step 1
Sometimes the malware could have disabled the files. Try to run an online scan and see if it helps.
http://www.Microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/
If this does not help, try the next step.
Step 2
Try to run the Design Checker (SFC.exe) system files and check if the problem persists. To do this, follow these steps:
1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
2. type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow
The sfc/scannow command. analysis of all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions
Check the link for more information:

Step 3
If the problem persists, create a new user account and check if you still have the problem:
To create a new user profile:
To create a new profile, you must first create a new user account. When the account is created, a profile will also be created.
1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.
2. click on manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. click on create a new account.
4. type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account.
Check out the link for more information on creating a new account below:
