  There are some instructions step by step on the site, but basically you check out the file "update.zip" download, copy to the root of a FAT32 formatted microSD card, then start in recovery mode (press one of the volume buttons [which it depends if you are landscape or portrait mode] and hold, then the power press and hold). From there, you can choose to update in the zip file it finds on the map.

  It is important before you have the correct version of the update, it's different for different regions of the world, and you will not be able to upgrade the (for example) Brazil version from the US site.

  The second line in your original post mentions 64 bit where my concern. Yes you correctly found that the stream 8 has a 32-bit version of Windows and and x 64 compatible processor. Due to the needs of additional memory to a 64 bit OS, I don't think even to try to install a 64-bit version of (even if it were possible). If Windows 8.1 32 bit is upgraded by using the normal upgrade process then yes it'll upgrade automatically to 32 correct but the version of Windows 10 Home. Multimedia authoring tool will allow you to choose which version you download however (as the machine that allows you to download the Windows version may not be the device that you want to upgrade) that is why it is important that you get the 32-bit version only.

  If the instructions you found on the upgrade via a USB stick with Windows good, 10 build are difficult for you to understand so yes, I suggest you use the line of Support technique Microsoft and get some "hold your hand" during the process. As to how you connect the USB to the Tablet I'm not sure what you mean by an adapter "regularly." If it has good caps at each end to connect your USB to the Tablet, then it should work.   This office has a 8 x AGP port and supplied with a video card NVIDIA FX 5200 which still works fine but was eager to put performance before AGP cards level reach hard to find.  Bought a card Visiontek Radeon HD2400 PRO AGP from Newegg that my so-called system is supported, but when I put the card in the computer does not start, the yellow CPU led flashes once then turns off as the bus is blocked.  I have upgraded the original 250W for a 400W power like the card said minimum 270W.  I asked HP cat twice to help on this and I do not really anywhere.  I need to know what AGP cards will work on my machine.  My slot AGP said 1.5V, and maybe that's why he will not support the new card?  What I've read I think that AGP 8 X cards are supposed to operate automatically on 1.5V?

  The Visiontek software said to ensure the motherboard chipset drivers are updated, but then I discovered my motherboard is made by ASUS (P4SD - Stingray) to HP and they do not provide the update, HP must.  HP has no update since 2004 so this course who ask for help.  The motherboard has a chpset bridge north(865G) and south (ICH5), which means absolutely nothing to me.

  Discovered of VisionTek support my motherboard only accepts the 1, 5V AGP on the cards and their card is a 1, 8V so that they are not compatible.  No AGP 8 X cards list their slot voltage so it's hard to find one that is compatible.

  A new processor, power SUPPLY and a graphics card means that, probably, a new decent machine might be a better option. Take a look on ebay, I suggest that a few Intel Core i5 - 750 can be a very good machine, because it's a pure core quad and beats even a core i7 mobile Processor...

  I bought one off of eBay video card to upgrade my old one on my hp, p6310y, but it turns out that I didn't have enough power to support this card. After finding that out, I bought a 600w power off amazon and it still does not work.

  No double heart will not work. Pentium 4 650 is the maximum.  If you try to install any dual processor core (even a Pentium D), you will be very disappointed.

  You will notice a pretty decent performance increase maxing out your PC to the Pentium 4 650.

  I hope that when you bought your memory, you got all the DDR2 PC 4200 (533 MHz). At least that's what the plug state you can install.

  DDR2, PC4200 memory + CPU P4 650, your machine must be rather decent.

  Your bottleneck is the ugly video. You can install a PCI video card (which I assume you did). You cannot install a PCIe video card, and that's your biggest problem.

I uninstalled the application worm 8.01.0249 completely. Follow-up by installing the worm 8.50.0260 applications. I configured the worm 8.50.0260 to point to the SQL Server 2000 OATS existing database so that it can be upgraded to the latest version. When I run the connection administrator on OAT test to upgrade the SQL database, I get the following error message "e Business - Manager database could not be updated. Please ensure that the user has the administrator rights for the database and that the entered password is correct. "The old version of the 8.01.0249 application connects very well with these credentials.
