It is more than likely that your email account which is at fault and not on your PC. It is quite easy to 'spoof' an email so it seems that if it came from your email address when, in reality, it comes from someone else. I suggest change you your email provider, so changing your email address. If you are using groups of public discussion, facebook, twitter "are not" visualize your email address. Unscrupulous people help software 'bots' trawl newsgroups etc. for email addresses. It's a way to get loads of spam. If you post an email address in a newsgroup etc. then type something like * address email is removed from the privacy *. Of course, you will need to enter your 'real' email address when registering for the discussion groups, facebook, twitter etc but if your email address is not visible there cannot be "hijacked" as you say.

You can not get the administrative privileges just by changing your password. Privileges are granted to a user account by another administrator. If someone could grant these security rights for themselves, then would anyone (including drive-by malware) and there would not be much point in a security system or a level of access to several levels in all.

I can't send all e-mail messages through the ip address that I have now, which is earthlink. I need to change so that I am able to send messages to anyone. I have windows xp - outlook express.
If you no longer have the earthlink address, then you need to get a new email address before establishing an account. You cannot configure an e-mail account by using an IP address. Your internet provider or someone else must provide a first e-mail account.
In OE, you can then go to tools | Accounts | Add | By post, then add your new email account in OE, so it can get messages.

I need to change my email University when asked to do so by the system whenever it turns easily on all my devices. But this time it was easy to do in my iPhone as usual. The problem is with my MacBook Air, when it asked for the password, I changed it, but since then the mail keeps giving me a "Password required Exchange" notification! When I click on continue enter my password it gives me a message saying 'this account already exists! "

Please delete the Exchange account in the preferences pane accounts Internet and then re-create it with the same settings. Messages remain on the server and must be re-downloaded automatically.

We currently have a box of Solaris (sunOS 5.9) acting that has CMS (10.2.0.3) and a repository DB (10.2.0.2) installed on it, as well as the Agent (10.2.0.3).
He has about 6 target pointing to it (varying in DB level of 10.1 to 10.2). As part of a security audit, we put in place a new password policy, which means changing the dbsnmp < strong > < facilities > password on all databases. Of course, this will affect the GC configuration.
I know I need to change the targets.xml file but I have the following question:
on each target, should I put the password for the user dbsnmp on the local target database or the password for the user dbsnmp on the database repository?
Also, in Chapter 10, point < em > < /em > 2.7.2.1 of the ' 10.2.0.3 Enterprise Manager Advanced Configuration guide "he says that I can just go in GC, chose my database target, < strong > configure < facilities >, enter new password password < strong > monitor < facilities > field, test and submit. I recently changed my googlemail password and saved a nine on Thunderbird. However, when I try to delete mail messages or my project all the files they reappear again and I have to go in googlemail to remove. I can delete in the Inbox and sent folders (even if I was prompted to enter the password for each of them at the start, but I have received no invitation for projects and all messages. I don't want to change the settings regarding where these messages are stored.
I thank very you much for your useful replies. I checked all the settings and they were as you described. Removal of all mail is not important and can be done, if necessary, from Gmail. I have overcome the problem of the drafts folder by changing the destination folder in the drafts IMAP that allows me to remove both Thunderbird and Gmail at the same time, which is what I needed. However, I still do not understand why change my Gmail password should have caused the problem in the first place!

Bridge configuration with comcast - need to change password

I have a NetGear R6300 I use in conjunction with my comcast router (router comcast serves as a bridge). I am able to access the router to comcast, but cannot access the netgear router. We use the netgear as thoughout the home wi - fi router because the comcast is so bad. I think someone may be connecting to our wi - fi and I need to change the password of the NetGear router, there is always the default password, so a factory reset will not help.
Any suggestions on how to change the password?
The default password should be "password" without the quotes. You can change the password after logging in.

I have my own areas and when I email companies and organizations I always give them a single as e-mail address: [email protected]. This helps cut down on SPAM and identifies when organizations are hacked so I can 'kill' individual addresses with my domain registration.
I currently do this by using a temporary NOSPAM Thunderbird "generic" account "from" address (which I need to change from time to time and 'kill' with my domain registration to prevent SPAM) and I change the 'reply-to' address when I send an email to such an organization. What tends to work OK most of the time, but often the 'reply-to' address is lost at the other end, perhaps when the emails are forwarded internally. This can leave some temporary old sent emails "from" addresses never happen to me.
Much cleaner would be to send these emails with identical (and unique) 'from' and 'reply-to' fields. Someone has ideas how to achieve this goal, but obviously without creating an individual account each time? If Thunderbird helped change the address 'from', in special circumstances, it might be a solution.
Have you considered adding several identities to the main account? In addition, there are modules allowing to select the correct identity to send messages:
