  The laptop Satellite P100-240 is the series of PSPA3E-xxxx, so you have to use XP for PSPA3E P100 drivers.

  Your laptop is NOT American series but the European series and you must use the BIOS from the European driver Toshiba page!
  The incorrect BIOS may damage the BIOS ROM of portable module! And this would lead to the point where you wouldn t be able to boot the machine!
  This is why you should ALWAYS use the BIOS designed for this series of laptop!

  In addition, you won't find updates of the traditional BIOS on Toshiba page!
  There are only updates to the BIOS windows-based and you can update ONLY run under windows.

  The first 6 characters (PSAJ5E) are important.

Since then, we've changed three operating systems and hardware requirement is changed too, so manufacturers and manufacturers don t support old hardware laptop more so I put t think you will find good Win8 drivers for this old piece of hardware.

  By the way: this number XYZ is not so important. Part number of your machine is important. It is PSAG1E for your A300 and the part number is important for the identification of model and correct drivers download.

  Satellite P100 - 10 p belongs to the PSPAGE series.

  I think you should double-check the Toshiba forum page and be sure that you have downloaded and installed all the drivers available at 100%!
