  PDF files are not saved in the application. They must be in the local memory of the mobile device or if they are stored on the cloud of document, then they will be available under the cloud of document tab.

  I got myself a little above my head, I work at a very small company. I'm the only one with the experience of design, and being a little fresh out of College, until this work, I had no print experience. So every time I have send something for them, I learn something new. Usually the files that I send are created in InDesign, however.

  I designed a rectangular sign with a triangle at the top, and so I am preparing the file to send to the printer for cutting. I've reached out to them and asked how to prepare, and the response was very short "draw the shape you want, make a rule overlay where you want to cut. Extend bleed beyond the cut lines. "But I wasn't quite sure what understand so I looked, and I created a cutout of the layer which is the form of the full cutting in a bright color, not found anywhere on the document itself. Is that correct?

  

  Secondly, there is text, so I wanted to package the file just like I would in InDesign. In general I send a pdf, but not course a pdf would work with it since the Red covers the area that need to be printed. So therefore why I wanted to package the file to go in case I have not properly prepared for them.

  You should start the project and design with cut to shape in mind. In any case if it's easier the dieline with a related color pantone XYZ to draw/create and send to the printer: color pantone XYZ tell them is the line of die... they will know what to do.

  I don't know if it's the best way, but what you could do is in the folder you are in, sort files by date modified. Most of the time, the duplicates are created at the same time or close.  Sort this will put all the duplicates together which makes them much easier to manage and delete.
