I never had problems to open attachments on my account Windows Live Hotmail, but now all of a sudden Im as locked, impossible to view attachments.

I have never had problems to open attachments on my hotmail account, but now all of a sudden Im as locked, can't display all the attachments. I think the problem may be unique to my account that I have conveyed the same message to someone else and they can download and watch. Please guide me step by step as to what I can do to view them.
