Hallo. I ordered the muse on jan 2016 for a year. Today, it seams to be expired. not only that it appears that I have no product and that it has never had!

I had to pay again to open the muse and she always on stat. expired and I have no products.

I can't get any support! Im trying to find an email or phone number or something! There are only 24 cat, but who also do not work.

Do you have any idea how to get help from adobe?

    1. Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:

      Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

      Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

    2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:

      Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

      Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

    3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder

    Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe

    MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

    I m not L500 owner so I can't tell you if that happened or not.
    I A200 and U400 for my company and I didn t have shown such symptoms in the past

    He signed strange s if the display changes the brightness and display vertical lines.
    It might be a problem of display or something with the graphics card.

    If you see this new symptom then I would recommend connecting the laptop for external monitor to check if the same would be visible on the screen 2.

    Guess what?  After writing the message that it wouldn't let me download the new drivers, I thought I'd go straight to ATI/AMD to see if I could download a new graphics adapter from them directly.  I did, and Voila!  computer running better, I can view videos now, and even, to my amazement, my wife Ipad becomes wiFi again.  I don't know why a new graphics driver would do all that but somehow it makes.  So, your advice worked quite well.  Also, I reduced my refresh rate slightly.  Maybe it helped a bit as well.

    Next course of action was on the phone. After an hour of hold I got to an advisor who took my e-mail address then claimed that he couldn't hear what I was saying and hang up. Large.

    Another phone call and this time I go to the turnover. Sales answered my call very quickly but to explain the problem, said she could not help and I was transferred to the customer service.

    What can I do to get this sort? I don't seem to be able to move on to someone who is willing to help.
