    First of all, my apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

    I'm trying to update my creative cloud application, and I continually get 201 Code error once the update reached 7%.

    Shading: this is my work computer. I've updated some CC programs during the night and when I got home, was trying to update the creative Cloud app itself, but stuck at 0% and it wouldn't let me stop the update or close the window. So I had to force close the creative cloud, and I feel that this can cause this error now.

    I tried closing and re-opening of the creative cloud app and restart my computer.

    I'm on a PC running Windows 7.

  • I get error 43 when reinstalling office creative cloud

    I have an iMac 27 ", using Yosemite 10.10.4. I had problems with Creative Cloud Desktop and couldn't make the updates. I decided to reinstall, after reading that I should do. The problem has become much worse. I uninstalled and reinstalled and following the instructions provided by Adobe, including use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Now, it is really messed up. When I try to install Desktop CC, I get and error message 43. When I run the uninstall program, once again, I get the message that it was uninstalled "with errors."

    I can find my way plists and all library files, but I don't really know what to do at this point.

    Part of this whole process has been the relocation of my design CS6 package. Still using CS6 sometimes and also an Illustrator.

    I use the photographer at this time subscription.

    The result is that it could help upgrade to El Capitan, but seriously, this is really about Adobe ruin in a big way.

    I've demoted on behalf of photography, so now I have pay about $120 USD per year for something that does not work. If I had kept the design of the packaging, I would pay a lot more for the same problem. It's REALLY not fun. For a company that projects itself as THE BEST, well, I'm not convinced.

  • After you download a trial for new creative cloud platform, the new "Application Manager" is hostage my existing CS5 Master Suite.

    Help! How to use my existing software? Adobe offers hotline for "Versions of outdated software" and it does not seem like someone he understands what my problem is anyway. I can't be the only one that this has happened. My software has worked great for years before that. Trying to navigate mess of Adobe customer taken in charge with this situation resulted in nothing more than a HUGE loss of brand loyalty.

    We have a user, who tries to update through the creative application of cloud.  We tried to find what is blocked but have met a dead end.

    When the cloud creative software attempts to shout that we see a connection attempt https://ops:443 / ims/token/v1

    I did some research and the only reference to the IMS for Adobe, I could find was the IMSService.  This seems to be an authentication service.  The problem is that "ops" are not a valid domain.

    This issue seems to only affect the Creative Software of clouds as I was able to update a test computer with Creative Cloud via Adobe Application Manager.

    The user's system and our test system are running OS X Yosemite
