This is a scam and that is becoming more and more common lately. But even worse, if you let them into your computer, who knows what damage they did here or what confidential information they stole.
So, if you did. I highly recommend that you do both of the following immediately:
1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.
2. change all your passwords, especially all of banks or other financial sites.

I have the internet Charter. I am a home user. I tried to set the parental control and received this message: because this computer is connected to a domain, Parental controls are not available. Again, I am a home user. What does that mean?
Hello
1. which user account you are using for Parental control (Please note that you cannot apply parental controls on a user admin account? It can be applied to standard user only accounts)?
2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
I ask through the following article to find out how to set up Parental controls:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/features/parental-controls
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/set-up-parental-controls
After completing the above links persist issue please fallow the mentioned below of the methods.
Method 1: Disable UAC (User Account Control) and check the result
See http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/how-do-I-change-the-behavior-of-user-account-control-by-using-the-sliderNote: You must restart your computer when you enable or disable UAC. Change levels of notification does not require that you restart your computer.
Important: Enable UAC after you complete the steps.
Method 2: If the problem persists, try to set the parental control in safe mode and check the result. If you are able to apply settings in safe mode, this means that some program is causing this problem, mainly the security software.
See http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-modeHope the above information is helpful.

If you say that you have sent me Email to change the password, they have not been received.
Several times I used sync for tranzfer of information to a new computer and or updated computer!
In the last 24 hours I've sent many requests for 'change password' for those that I tried did not work, so I can connect! You say you sent an email over and over again, but no one came to my email which is confirmed you have the right address!
There is absolutely no evidence that you tried to send an email to me, I checked the spam, I even looked to see if somehow, it went one folder other then my Inbox, nothing has been received on your part!
Michael Serota
Removed edit email and public telephone for spammers robots do not find.
You can enter the wrong email address. I tested 2 fake emails in the password reset page and received the green check mark telling me that the password reset emails have been sent. It is not a real confirmation that your e-mail address is used by Firefox accounts.
This is done this way so that hackers and spammers can not cheat the system by typing many kinds of emails at random and wait to see if they get a confirmation 'this e-mail address is. So for security reasons, all the entered addresses electronic are treated as real even if there is no account that corresponds to this e-mail.
Please try some of your other email addresses here and see if you receive a password reset email in these accounts.

I have an AS1410 and am upgrading to an SSD. In doing so, I would like to upgrade Windows 7 64 - bit but the Acer Windows 7 upgrade disc says it's only 32-bit. Microsoft says that I need to contact ACER. What I do without buying the 64-bit version?
1.2 processor Celeron SU2300 GHz there does support Inel 64 (64-bit operations) but a decrease in speeds. If Acer is not a upgrade for this option, you will need to buy a 64 bit microsoft update and use the 64-bit acer driver updates.
HE also write on the bios and the cardboard used if the laptop can do 64-bit. In most cases 64-bit is not fully used, even in aming, with the exception of a few more recent titles and x 11 direct. But you still need a faster processor, this model is meenat to reduced labour and mobility.
