I received an email from adobe that says update my apps. What I have to pay for it again?

I wish I could talk to someone from Adobe. The email told to update my applications, but then takes me to a place to buy. If it is a rouse to try to get more money, I will be upset. I thought that the monthly fee was then you can always get the version more up-to-date. !
