I recently installed Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 11 - 11.4.402.265 and when I open my Mozilla Firefox browser I get this message flashing on my screen: '

I recently installed Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 11 - 11.4.402.265 and when I open my Mozilla Firefox browser I get this message flashing on my screen: "Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working" and then "Windows is checking for a solution"

It flashes several times then stops usually but not always.

It happens every time I try to open a new page.

I solved this problem by uninstalling Adobe Flash Player 11 and install Adobe Flash Player 10.3. However, now my IE browser again wants me to install Adobe Flash Player 11. Although I do not often use my IE browser, I DON'T have to use sometimes. Is there a Firefox 15.0 update to fix this problem?

First of all, the Flash of the IE is totally different than the flash used in Firefox. You can update one without affecting the other.

Now, there is a problem right now with Flash 11.3 and 11.4 in Firefox. Downgraded to 10.3 is an acceptable solution for the moment. Adobe publishes the updates (slowly) that solve the problems, but it is not a matter of time before they are all fixed.

Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - avoid that it happen

    I have windows 8 when iam going to install from windows app store shows that your purchase is not complete and it displays error 0 x 80070426

    Hi Sandeep,

    Do you use a proxy connection to connect to the internet?

    You could deal with the issue because of some changes in the Windows store settings, or there could be something wrong with the Microsoft account.

    Follow these methods and check.

    Method 1:

    I suggest to refer to the following article and follow the steps. Here is the link for your reference.

    Why can't find or install the application on the Windows Store?

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/why-find-install-app-Windows-store

    Method 2:

    I suggest you to clear the cache to store and check.

    Follow these steps to do so.

    (a) on the screen, press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

    (b) type WSReset.exe and press enter.

    Method 3:

    Disable the third-party antivirus software

    If you have any third-party software installed on the computer, then I suggest you to disable the antivirus software and check.

    Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Method 4:

    I suggest you run the troubleshooter Microsoft account and check. Here is the link for your reference.

    You're in the wrong Forum for your questions.

    It is the instance to install Vista OS.

    You need the Vista repair Forum, or Windows Update Forum (which I have already mentioned on):

    http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/vistarepair/threads

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If the information below does not it, repost nicely in Forum repair above or in the Windows Update Forum:
    Restore point:
    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html

    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

    See you soon.

    You have the Plugin version 9.0.45 installed Firefox - a very old version. In modules > Plugins you should see "Shockwave Flash (version)".

  • I can't install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7, IE11

    I can't install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7, IE11 after countless attempts.  I installed Chrome (which I didn't do, and I still don't know if it was necessary), I updated Java to the latest version, I uninstalled Silverlight (thinking maybe it has been installed by default), I also (temporarily) disabled my Norton protection when installing it the last 4 times, and I made sure that the add-on has been "enabled" in the fall of management modules area , and yet, he does not show it when I do a test of the Adobe system being installed. It also does not appear on my start - search for Adobe programs.  I'm completely frustrated, especially when the web page to download Adobe told me that all the 3 steps are completed and effective and thank you & Enjoy.  I have read the forums as well, but I can't find a solution.  Help, please. Thank you, Bill

    If you do not have an error during the installation of the plugin is probably installed successfully.  It is possible that the plugin is disabled in Internet Explorer or ActiveX filtering is disabled.  Please see: Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer and ActiveX in Internet Explorer filtering after ensuring the Flash Player is enabled and activeX filtering is disabled, via IE to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click on the "Check now" button  What are the results for Information System?

    Java and Silverlight are two completely different programs, have nothing to do with Flash Player.

    Flash Player is a browser plugin and will not appear on a start - search Adobe programs.  It appears in Control Panel > Add Remove programs.

  • Can't find the exe to install Adobe Flash Player 16 Plugin - Version 16.0.0.305

    Hello

    Currently in my customer's environment, we distributed Adobe Flash Player 15.0.0.239 and under "Add or Remove Programs", I'll have below mentioned 2 entries.

    1 adobe Flash Player ActiveX 15

    2. adobe Flash Player Plugin 15.

    In the version of Adobe Flash Player 15.0.0.239, I was able to download installer exe in offline mode for - 15 ActiveX Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Flash Player Plugin from 15.

    Now, I plan on deployment last version of Adobe Flash Player 16.0.0.305. I have found exe to install Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 16. (version - 16.0.0.305)

    I'm not able to find the installer exe for Adobe Flash Player Plugin 16 on the site.

    Can you please confirm if this Adobe Flash Player 16 plug-in is removed from the version 16? If this is not the case, can you please provide me the download link.

    Appreciate your help and your response.

    Kind regards

    Anand Prasad

    Hi Anand,

    If you have a Flash Player license for distribution (which seems to be what you do), you should have received an email with the download links for the installers.  If you distribute Flash Player without first license it, you must ask for distribution to Adobe Flash Player Distribution License. Adobe.  Once you do this, you will receive an email with links to download Flash Player.

    More information on the licensing and distribution of Flash Player within your organization is available in the Adobe Flash Player for Flash Player Administration Guide | Adobe Developer Connection.

  • Really? Once again? "The user has sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player"

    My browser is firefox.

    "The user has sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player" is the incessant problem, I had several times the Flash update.

    Come on guys, it's beyond ridiculous. Installation always stops in 55% exactly and is never completed, leaving me to give up Firefox for Chrome. I mucked on the last, half a dozen times this has happened during the update and just by pure chance she managed to install, but it has been 2 hours mucking similar and I'm now getting nowhere.

    This has been a persistent problem and affected many users of firefox for years, as I saw it by my own experience and google search. Is there a way you all can provide a SIMPLIFIED solution to this question, in coordination with firefox or by providing a 'unique' Firefox Installer? Really it's too annoying.

    In any case, before anyone asks, yes I am logged in as administrator, and Yes, I ran the Installer "as admin" by right-clicking. I also went ahead and completely uninstalled flash (and emptied such records as requested in other threads here) and reinstalled it, only to watch the progress bar to put an end to 55%, as usual and let me by clicking on this icon of Chrome stupid to have a programme of work for flash.

    Honestly people, why, after years, it continue to be a persistent problem? Fix it for the love of God! Are you a lot guys make the ObamaCare website or what? Firefox people are loyal to our browser, and the installation of new versions of flash on this browser is a bloody useless pain in the you know what.

    Sorry for the frustration visible, but if someone could please provide a solution, I wouldn't need to be to complain here universal work and moaning.

    Try a new installation as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

    Regarding the installation programs use these installers in offline mode:

    Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

    Flash Player plug-in (all other browsers)

    If you still experience problems during installation, please send the contents of the FlashInstall.log file
