Upgrade to Windows 10 and now Usb 2.0 transfer is does not work with 10 Workstation
I have post professional and vmware 64 bit windows 10 10.
Whenever I try to spend my usb 2.0 storage device attached to a usb 2.0 controller that uses microsoft drivers, I get one? brand icon located next to the device in Device Manager asking the USB storage device name. The storage device works fine on windows, it is not call himself a vmware device when I try to connect it to my virtual machines which then tells me it could not connect to this device.
I did an installation of repair 3 times already and it has not solved the problem. Is there anything else I can do to get this working?

If your Windows 10 is recently upgraded to WIndows 7/8? If Yes, then you must completely Workstation to uninstall and reinstall the workstation. Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.
Then sign out of the iTunes Store and reconnect.
