  If the laptop is one of the well known brands, he may well have a restore partition.  If you do not have a manual to the user of this computer, then go to the manufacturers website and look for the documentation.  At the very least, you should be able to find information about how to restore the laptop from the recovery partition.

  1. open the store.

  2. right click in the window of the store and click on your applications on the top toolbar.

  3. in the drop-down menus, select applications and sort them by name.

  4 locate the app email, calendar, and email click on this application and select install on the bottom toolbaricon.

  5. after the application finished installing, exit the store.

  This will restore the apps.
