I regularly pay my subscription student Creative Cloud, but I still only have access to the trial versions of the programs.

I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.

My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.

Whenever I try to contact support, it tells me to use the cat from 09:00 to 17:00, but there is no link to start the chat or access.

I would really like to be able to use the products that I pay for.

What should I do?

First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

Then, if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up still shows a trial message window, please check this link for the resolution:
