If they do download it, to get the right version IE 32 or 64-bit as needed. If the PC manufacturer doesn't provide one, try the website of the company that makes the actual adapter and see if they do.

  If you are unable to connect to the internet on this PC, you will need to download the driver on another PC and transfer it through via a USB stick or an SD card.

  Is there no driver W7 made for your specific PC and its adapter, then you may need to consider buying a replacement network card and use it.
