1. have you connected external devices other than the keyboard and mouse?
2. what security software is installed on your computer?
I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1:
Disable temporarily the security software and then try to load Service pack 3 and check if the problem persists.
Follow the steps to temporarily disable the security software:
a. right click on icon antivirus on the left corner of the taskbar.
b. click Exit or settings and temporarily disable the security software.
Warning: If you need to temporarily disable the security software, you should reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 2:
Put the computer in a clean boot state, and then try to load Service Pack 3 and check if it works.

Click the (+) sign next to Services and Applications, under Select 'Services '.
On the right, locate and double-click "Print Spooler" > auto value startup > select 'Start' > click 'Apply and OK.A test to see if the spooler has begun.
If this is not the case, click HERE for a registry change that may solve your problem. There are a few different registry changes, I don't know if you have tried this one or not.
