  The duplication that you see is the result of a bad installation program written by eSupport. It has nothing to do with Microsoft. I could do this:

  1. Rename the folder c:\eSupport in eSupport.junk
  2. Wait a week or two.
  3. If all goes well, remove the renamed folder.

  Adobe Reader is pined in your taskbar as a shortcut. It is not open.
