  Are you referring to CC version After Effects?

  If so, you must download and install Adobe Creative Cloud app using whiuch, you can install after effects CC.

  Go to Firefox-> Add-ons-> Plugins-> Locate Shockwave Flash 11.3.300.257 (not 11.0.1.152) and disable it.

  OR

  (1) go in Control Panel-> uninstall a program-> uninstall Mozzila Firefox
  (2) go in run (Windows key + R)-> Type %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto - > go to Roaming-> locate Mozilla Firefox and remove it.
  3) go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox (or anywhere where you have it installed) and remove this folder.
  (4) download the browser, install
  (5) does not update Shockwave
  (6) ENJOY!

  This problem occurs if there is a firewall restrictions and URL Adobe and the ports are not in the whitelist.

  I share the list of ports and URLs in the private message. Please bring a white list and then try again.

  You can also try following steps

  (1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)

  2) navigate to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/oobe and rename Opm.db to opm.old

  (3) try to throw the CCP again and try to create the package.
