  To avoid confusion, make sure that your documents are with the same level of zoom. The zoom level is always displayed on the title bar of your document, after the name of the file and also down to the left of the document window where you can type the same zoom for both documents. There will be no surprises when you copy won't paste between the two.

  Take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.
