I think the ultimate Media Player is originally internet explore has encountered Aproblem, how do I solve this problem

When using my computer and log on to a program I often get "internet explore has encountered a problem and needs to close."

All my attempts to solve this problem have failed. The information I found says it could be caused by a recently installed program that was the ultimate Media Player. All attempts to uninstall it failed and I do not know if this is the problem.

Hello
