  Last version supported on 32-bit platform was 5 Lightroom.

  Please go the Edit option in the library Module, then go in the preferences.

  Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

  Restart lightroom, and see if Lightroom works.

Would we be able to buy the 2nd subscription creative cloud with my Adobe ID and always receive the monthly discount for the first year as an existing customer?

  Unfortunately, under an Adobe ID you can have that one subscription .i would ask you create Adobe ID for the user or create a generic Email ID which can be used to create an Adobe id and then go for the subscription of the CC.

  Please disconnect applications Adobe CC and exit Adobe CC.

  Reboot the machine and then connect to the application Adobe CC and launch applications.
