I took new Acrobat 8.1 machine power off and want to install it on the Win 7 machine instead.  How can I do this with success. It of not accept series and code

My 8.1 machine crashed, so I took all my files on it and it gives more.  So far so good.

I have a Win 7 machine and when I went to install the Adobe Acrobat XI standard on it, even after entering my series No. and redemption code, it's not accept it.  Do I have to get a new serial for the new computer no.

Hi lindat97814795,

Let me know the exact error message?

Also check your serial key by using this link to quickly find your serial number.

You can download & install Adobe Acrobat XI standard using this link download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

Kind regards

Nicos
