I tried and you exit windows 10

I tried and window 10 resignations did not like his interference with all my other windows stuff. I found myself going back to Windows 7... You had to buy a disk and everything as Windows 10 wouldn't let me go back to 7.  My first try was only after two weeks of 10.

My problem now is that I'm under the bombing of 10 window notifications to upgrade again. I don't want Windows 10 yet. How the hell can I stop these notifications.  I am 67 years old and have always used Microsoft but am really get compounded by notifications from windows 10. It is almost like a virus and won't leave me alone. Any help which is not too complicated would be greatly appreciated.

I used it without any problems:
