I tried several times to contact support, but have not been able to get well. I have a trial (try actually the second time), but are not yet able to test Lightroom/CC. I wanted to try the room light I use Capture 1 now.
My question is this: the Downloader or installer will load only if I "Run as Administrator" and then it crashes every time in seconds. I even tried the Adobe application that will go well and remove all the remains of the previous software hoping that he would, but no solution. It will continue to act as his footstool, consumption of RAM, but do nothing else than the loop on the same screen. I have to force quit the program so that he could even respond. There are very few reports recent crash with this signature, they could even be your plant. If you follow the suggestions in the article I linked above there is not much that can be done easily. You should try discount the possibility that the cause is malware by scanning with several updated tools.

Im trying to open the tutorial of 23 minutes on how to use different tools in photoshop and it continues to come with unable to resolve the DNS servers worked fine yesterday? Ive had creative cloud on my laptop for a week and not yet able to get past the basics make me very frustrated.
I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.
- Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
- Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
- If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
- Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)

I got the error "the service user profile Service has no connection, failed to load the user profile" when you try to use my desktip. It is on the login page. My account icon loads and the guest account. I have enter my password as an administrator and get the error message listed above. I followed all the solutions I could find and it is not corrected.
I have a slight hitch, after several failed here, I checked the domestic Group on my laptop and I have high listed as connected to the Group Home Office; with all the files. How can I fix the desk top to coinside with his status of being online. Yet once, my counter top will not recognize the password, but the desk top shows online in the home group.

The latest version of Camera Raw compatible with Photoshop CS6 is Camera Raw 9.1.1. There will be no updates available for Photoshop CS6. This message tells you that Lightroom has additional changes that your version of Camera Raw is perhaps not able to interpret when you send an image from Lightroom to Photoshop. You are given the choice. You can open the image in any case, or you can let Lightroom create a copy that includes all adjustments of Lightroom and send this copy to Photoshop. In most cases, you want to make the second choice. When this warning message is displayed, I think that there is a checkbox to indicate not not to show it again. The only way that you can solve the problem would be to upgrade to Photoshop CC 2015. If not, simply select the option to edit a copy with Lightroom adjustments.
