  Install a screen capture program.
  I use Picpick which is a 'free' SnagIT version.
  It contains an option called scrolling window.
  It should be used to capture a page that is too long to be displayed on the screen without using the scroll bar.
  You can use Pickpic to capture the list of programs and features.

  Once the entire list is captured, you can use send to option and send it to MS Word.
  (You can just copy and paste an image captured in any application you want.)

  If the parent page has static menu and an iframe that loads in specific pages as long as the user clicks on the menu items (which are the li ul tags).

  I would like to be able to highlight a menu item based on the contents of the page displayed in an iframe. It seems to be pretty hard to do for this style of page loading using the iframe method. I know that it would be easier to php, but I cannot use the iframe (long story).

  When page 1 is displayed in the iframe, I would like to be highlighted in the menu item.

  I hope that the answer is here somewhere as iframe has always existed. If you do not want to see my code, I'm happy to provide it.

• OS, re-installed, lost firfox and parameters. tried to copy on the places.sqlite form a restored version of a backup of the ms system but that firefox deletes copied to

  OS, re-installed, firefox lost and setting. I have no backup of bookmarks. Tried to copy places.sqlite to restore system from 19/12/2014 80 k size while firefox is down. After that firefox is brought backup, 80 k places.sqlite disappeared, replaced by the version of size 10 k.

  Note that the file places.sqlite fixed file sizes and is increased in segments of 10 MB.

  Also be sure to remove all temporary files from SQLite places.sqlite - shm and places.sqlite - wal when present.
